Please read these terms carefully before using the 32dd platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.
Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 32dd platform and all related services. By accessing the 32dd website, completing registration, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

Identity Verification

Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and 32dd reserves the right to confiscate any funds held in those accounts.
Geographic Restrictions
Users must confirm for themselves that online gaming is legal or permitted in their location. Legal responsibility rests with the user.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply to transactions on 32dd. All amounts are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Terms
Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds into your account. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. In the case of suspicious transactions, 32dd reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, temporarily suspend the account.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
3.3 Currency and Currency Conversion
32dd processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) only. Transactions in any other currency will not be accepted.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on 32dd. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before acceptance.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the combined total of your deposit and bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

VIP Cashback Program
The 32dd VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on your activity and participation. Specific cashback terms apply.
Bonus Abuse Policy
32dd does not tolerate bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity. Bonuses will be cancelled and accounts may be closed in the following cases:
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts
- Deliberately using low-risk bets to fulfil bonus wagering requirements
- Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus advantages
Gaming Code of Conduct
All users must follow the code of conduct below to maintain a fair and safe environment on the 32dd platform.
5.1 Permitted Conduct
32dd encourages all members to play responsibly. Set your bets according to your own means and treat gaming as a form of entertainment only.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Account Suspension and Closure

- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
- As required to meet regulatory or legal obligations
Closure at the User's Request
You may close your account at any time. Upon submitting a closure request, if there is any balance remaining and all verification has been completed, the funds will be returned.
Limitation of Liability
32dd strives to provide the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:
Service Interruption
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance work, or reasons beyond 32dd's control. 32dd will not be liable for any losses in such cases.
Game Outcomes
Game outcomes are entirely dependent on random technology. There is no guarantee of earning a specific amount from gaming, and 32dd is not liable for any money lost.
Third-Party Software
Third-party game provider software (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) is used on the 32dd platform. 32dd will not be directly liable for any errors in this software.

10.2 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. 32dd will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. In matters of dispute resolution, the decision of 32dd shall be considered final.

Miscellaneous General Terms
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 32dd and the user.
Severability
If any provision of the Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
Assignment of Rights
32dd may assign any rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. The user may not assign any rights or obligations under this agreement without the written consent of 32dd.
Language
The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version will prevail.
